Who We Are

A roofing and siding contractor working across Upstate New York, and the four commitments the whole company is built on.

Noble Edge Roofing & Siding replaces and repairs roofs and installs siding for homeowners across Upstate New York — Monroe, Wayne, Ontario and Seneca counties, and the towns between them. The company is licensed and insured, and there are twenty years and more of craftsmanship behind the work.

We would rather be the people you call than the people who call you. In practice that means an honest answer about what your home actually needs, a written scope that says what is in the job so it can be held against anybody else's, and no pressure at your kitchen table. Advisors, not salespeople. If a roof has years left in it, we will tell you that instead.

Eight homeowners have reviewed us on Google, and all eight of them left five stars. What they wrote about is the same three things every time: the metal work, the communication, and the way the crew treated the house. None of those is an accident.

The four commitments below are not a mission statement. Each one is written so it can be held against your own job — a scope you can compare line for line, metal work you can stand under and look at, a call you can expect when the deck turns out worse than the roof did, and a lawn you can walk with us before the truck leaves.

What We Are Built On

Four commitments. They are the same four on every page of this site, because they are the same four on every job.

Commitment 01

Integrity

Honest answers. No pressure. We tell you what your home actually needs.

Which sometimes means telling you the roof somebody else condemned has years left in it. Every scope we write says what is in the job, in the order it happens, so the number on our page can be held against the number on anybody else's.

Commitment 02

Craftsmanship

Built on craftsmanship. Precision work that holds up season after season.

Upstate New York rarely fails a roof with rain. It fails one with the thaw. Flashing, valleys, eaves and the metal at every penetration are where that winter is won or lost, and they are where the care goes.

A roofer in work clothes and a tool belt stands with a homeowner on a driveway, gesturing up toward the eave, a work truck behind them in low evening light.

Commitment 03

Communication

You will always know what is happening, when, and why.

You have the expected working days before the crew arrives. If what we find on the deck or what the forecast does changes them, you hear it from us that same day — not at the end, and not from a truck pulling out of the driveway.

Tarps run down the wall and over the foundation planting beside a house, weighted at the edges, with debris kept off the lawn.

Commitment 04

Protection

Your home is an investment. We treat it that way.

Tarps go down along the walls and over the beds before anything comes off the roof. Debris goes straight into the truck. At the end we run a magnet across the lawn, the driveway and the walkways, then walk the property with you.
